ELEMIS needed to elevate its influencer marketing into a more strategic, performance-driven channel that could bridge digital storytelling with real-world product experience. While campaigns were visually rich, there was a disconnect between content and product education, particularly for complex ingredients and routines. Influencer content often lacked technical precision, with inconsistent quality, incorrect product usage, and assets not optimised for paid and organic deployment. At the same time, there was an opportunity to create more immersive, tactile brand moments that could translate campaign narratives into physical experiences, strengthening authenticity and consumer trust.

I led the art direction, production oversight, and design management of ELEMIS’ influencer and UGC campaigns, building a cohesive system that unified content, education, and experience. I defined and directed a UGC strategy rooted in clarity and performance, auditing existing content and developing detailed guidelines to ensure all assets met technical specifications and demonstrated correct product usage.

Alongside this, I extended campaign storytelling into the physical space by designing and producing influencer mailers that translated digital narratives into tactile, immersive brand experiences. These mailers became key campaign moments, driving engagement and amplifying product launches through authentic creator interaction.

By integrating art direction with production and influencer strategy, I delivered a high-performing, education-led content ecosystem across video, UGC, and social. The result was a more credible, scalable approach to influencer marketing that strengthened product understanding, improved asset quality, and generated impactful, shareable brand moments across global markets.
