FaceGym’s growing digital ecosystem lacked a streamlined motion workflow and cohesive brand storytelling across organic and paid social. With no in-house motion designer, content quality varied across D2C, retail, and social channels. There was a clear need for visual consistency, faster approvals, and elevated campaign identity to match the bold, energetic brand vision of founder Inge Theron.

As FaceGym’s first in-house Head of Video, I built a unified motion-first pipeline, starting with static story previews to speed up alignment and reduce revisions. I rebranded key BAU series and developed a cross-channel strategy with the digital and social teams, integrating bold, kinetic elements like dynamic type, music, colour grading, and 3D animation to transform raw UGC into premium, high-performing content that embodied the brand’s athletic, results-driven identity.
